Investing in the Next Generation of Leaders
The American-International Junior Charolais Foundation (AIJCF) was established in 1970 as a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization to provide leadership and scholarship opportunities for Charolais youth. Its first programs were introduced at the 1973 National Junior Leadership Conference, and in 1985, endowed scholarship funds were launched—today, there are nine endowed scholarships supporting juniors across the nation.
AIJCF is dedicated to supporting the future of the Charolais breed by investing in youth. Through scholarships, educational programs, and leadership opportunities, AIJCF helps ensure the next generation of cattle producers and agricultural leaders have the tools to succeed.
