VitaFerm CharFocus is for youth ages 14–21 who want to grow as leaders, expand their knowledge, and build lasting friendships. Open to all, whether you’re part of the Charolais family or brand new, this event creates a welcoming space to explore new ideas, sharpen leadership skills, and connect with peers from across the country, preparing you for success in and beyond the cattle industry.
